| SIUD presently utilizes the infrastructure of ATI and ANSSIRD. |
|
| The Infrastructural
facilities comprises of 6 well equipped
class rooms, Library, Computer Centers
and an Administrative Block housing
the Director General's chamber and
Faculty rooms. The Institutes Hostel
can accommodate
100 officers at a time. The Institute
has an extension counter of State
Bank
of Mysore, a Recreation Club, Dispensary
and a Post Office. The Institute has
sufficient Multimedia Projectors, Over
Head Projectors, Slide Projector,
TV,
VCR, etc, to support training. Institute
has a reprographics section where
the
copying needs of the Institute and
the Trainees are taken care of. |

| Computer Centre : |
|
| The IT infrastructure
of the Institute consists of more than
70 latest Pentium computers. The institute
has two Computer Centres. One of the
Computer Center with 25 computers is
connected through Local Area Network
(LAN) and has internet facility through
BSNL - DIAS system. The second computer
room has 23 computers. Both the computer
centers are provided with Multimedia
Projectors. |

| Library: |
|
|
| The Institute's Library
has a fairly good collection of books,
reference manuals, journals and periodicals
in the area of Social Science, Public
Administration, Management, Rural Development,
Financial, Computer Law and so on. It
also receives annual reports from National
and State organizations. The Library
is in the Process of Computerization
and the 70000 plus books and periodicals
details are stored in computer. Manual
indexing facility is also available
in addition to computer. A reading room
is also situated on the First Floor
of the Library Block.

| Quarters: |

| The Director General's
Quarters is located in the Campus.
Some
of the Faculty and supporting staff
are also provided with Residential
accommodation
in the Campus itself. |

| Hostel: |
|
| The Officer's Hostel
has 52 Rooms with double bed accommodation.
There are Two Dining halls. All the
Rooms are provided with TV's. |
